LA Exhibition

I just returned from Berlin, so while I get my photos organized for new posts about the exhibition and my travels (and just getting settled back in from being away for two weeks abroad), here are some photos from my LA exhibition that just concluded this past weekend at Merry Karnowsky Gallery Los Angeles.

  2. Im glad you made this blog. I´ll be watching closelly, always waiting for new posts, thats awesome! You´re probably one of the most brilliant contemporary painters we ever had. I came about something interesting in this painting forum: a guy who was at your solo exhibition told about on how much "transparent" some layers of your paintings are looking now. I understand you did some encaustic, and started to work with polyurethane this year, i was wondering if this transparency is the result of any of this materials. Anyway, it´s frustrating to have this information, I would love t have the chance to see that with my own eyes. We cant see this transparence trough books or trough the pictures on kw.com... Anyway, i wish you well on the show! Keep doing the excellent work. Your fan, Alex.

  4. Yesterday someone said that I'd definitely love your work, and he was certainly right. I first saw it a few years ago, but I forgot your name. I'm happy to run into you once again...and I hope to atend one of your exhibits...one day...one day...

    :D
